However, some experts recommend that adults should not consume more than 400 milligrams of caffeine (equivalent to four cups of coffee) every day.

Addicott added, the best way to overcome dependence is to start reducing caffeine drinks, slowly but surely.
Replacing caffeinated drinks with those without caffeine may help. And also try to walk or do other physical activities when you feel sleepy in the office.
